Use: Dispense into dry hands and apply to dry skin, including the eye area. Massage gently. Add water to emulsify until the oil turns milky, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For waterproof makeup, apply two pumps to a cotton pad, press onto the area for 10 seconds, and gently wipe outward.
